Good location for site seeing and beach

Room was nice. Pool and the location of the beach was great.

Having to pay for a 3rd breakfast when we’d booked for 3 adults when we booked the hotel through bookings.com. The hotel said it wasn’t on the booking but we wouldn’t have booked a room for 3 adults with only 2 breakfasts. Bookings.com confirmed to me in an email breakfast was included for three people but despite showing them the email we were told we still had to pay as bookings.com hadn't confirmed it to them directly. This could have been handled better by reception staff.

Very convenient as we live in Miami and had an event at the hotel. Beautiful pool/beach area

Check in was very efficient. Bell hop Andy was very kind and informative. Food at pool bar was good. Breakfast was good but not great.

Rooms need some updating. Frayed carpet, not-so-clean shower, but very comfortable bed. No blow dryer--discovered this after washing hair!

The location

The 2 beds were too thigh for 4 people. The hustle bustle at the pool & around was terrible. Not mentioning the lack of places were to sit under parasols . We couldn’t stay there.

Good but needs renovations. For the price range there are better hotels.

Great staff. Good location. Pricing was high but we went for a Taylor Swift concert so the price had been doubled the staff said. Best piece of advice I’d give is you don’t want to be in the st moritz tower. They have two. One on the left in the picture they show on here is the main hotel. That’s where you wanna be. The one on the right is st moritz. It’s clearly smaller in the picture. I’m sure it’s older etc. The hallways are tiny. Scary tiny. Elevators too and of course the room. We booked ocean front st moritz and it had no balcony. Had a window that didn’t even crack open. We had to book a suite just to get a balcony. (Again they were super busy). Which we did because the st moritz was that bad. But once in the main hotel everything was fantastic.

St moritz building was bad. No indoor pool for rainy days.

Luxury, spacious rooms, large comfy beds, nice bathrooms, large pool, direct access to beach, good breakfast, prime location

Bit pricey, when booking room with breakfast it’s only for 2 adults and not based on party size, since it’s in South Beach you need to use Uber to get to other places.

Nice but needs a lot of work to get back to the luxury status

Location was amazing, right across from.the beach. Pool was excellent, but I'd like to be able to take a midnight swim, even if at my own risk. Wait staff were great and on top.of things. RAO's was amazing as always, they are expensive, but worth it to check off a bucket list item (twice). Location is near enough many great places to eat that you can walk to most of them or Uber for a small fee.

Custodial staff could be a lot better as the same trash was left on the hallway carpet every day of my stay. The same juice box wrappers were on the hallway floor when I arrived and each day afterwards. On my last day, I was asked if I was done by the custodians at 9am, while I was trying to finish a shower. Check out time is 11am. I checked out at 10am, but it was a little intrusive at 9am to ask me to pack up and check out. The Cafe in the main tower isn't worth the trouble. I don't know if they have any spice or seasonings but everything was very bland or just not fresh tasting. For the prices they charge I expected much better quality and flavor. The elevator was finally being serviced on my check out day, so that should help in being able to reach your room or leave the building faster. But it not working and it being the ADA car that was down meant a long wait to reach my room or to exit the floor. Overall, I found everything worked and was decent but this wasn't the luxury stay that I expected. I should have stay at Baha Mar again since they are up the beach and a much higher level of comfort for nearly the same price.

The pool area and ombience was great, I also appreciated the beach access. The bar near the pool was nice and the people were pleasant
